As you peel the layers of naan and tikka masala, you taste buds will travel through diverse cuisine from different parts of India. You will learn the basics of Indian cooking and take it to next level by grinding spices and ticking up the flavors.The calss will be introduce you to indian pantry staples, make some bread, curry and indian inspired salads.
